CUSTOMIZED MEETING ROOM SET UP

We consider ourselves experts at meeting room setup. We can set the room how we feel it would flow the best according to the style you choose, but also follow direction just as well. We will set the room backwards, forwards, sideways or any way you ask provided it will fit in the space allotted.


Choose from a variety of popular setup ideas including: Theater Style, Classroom Style, Rounds, U-Shape, Chevron Style, Exhibit room with Flow Through, Conference Style, Hollow Square, Cocktail Rounds, Crescent Rounds, or we will be happy to set the room according to your personalized diagram. Any additional tables for display, registration, panel discussions, awards, etc would all be included, as well as an iced water station refreshed throughout the day.

We will provide the break attendees talk about for months, just let us know what time you would like it.. Morning Break Serve Time, Morning Beverage Refresh Time, Afternoon Serve Time, Afternoon Beverage Refresh Time.

    Brass Easel that can hold large pictures, signage, or other physical information pertaining to your event.
  • Laser Pointer
    Ideal for Professional Visual Presentations, a laser pointer can enhance the effectiveness of a PowerPoint, video or slide show presentation, allowing the presenter to precisely communicate to the audience particular objects on a screen through visual association.
  • Phone Line
    Dedicated phone line with a number independent of the Plaza, for local and long-distance calls.
  • Power strip (Surge Protector) or Extension Cord
    One of each are included with packages requiring power.

VIDEO EQUIPMENT

  • 8� Tripod Screen(Any Size Group)
    For any type of visual presentation, these low-shine screens ensure that the presenter can effectively project video or still pictures without distorting or losing quality of the image.
  • Overhead Projector (displays transparencies)
    Ideal for any size group, an overhead projector allows the presenter to convey information via transparent 8.5�x11� sheets, or simply writing on the glass itself
  • TV/VCR Combination
    25� and up televisions can present any type of video to small or medium size groups. VCR/DVD combinations are available upon request at no extra charge.
  • High-resolution LCD Projector
    Ideal for a professional presentation with an audience of any size. High visibility and clarity ensure that the presenter will capture the audience�s attention. Will project information from a computer, VCR, DVD, or any other video source.

AUDIO EQUIPMENT

  • General Purpose Wired Microphone
    Picks up speaker�s voice and increases the volume dramatically through the house sound system.
  • Wireless Hand Held Microphone
    Ideal for a speaker that needs to move around during the presentation, or for passing around a microphone for multiple speakers. With a range of over 300 feet, this microphone is perfect for any size group, and the speaker can freely move about any of our rooms without loss of sound quality.
  • Wireless Lavaliere Microphone
    Much like the Handheld version, this unit clips on to the speakers belt or fits in their pocket, while the microphone itself is a lapel that can clip to the tie or shirt collar of the speaker. It has the same practical qualities as the handheld microphone.
  • 8 Channel Audio Mixer
    Allows for more than one microphone to be used at the same time in a single room, as well as providing for any other device that produces sound (Computer presentation, tape/CD player, DVD, etc.) to be heard through the house sound system.
  • Conference Phone
    Ideal for smaller groups that need teleconferencing ability. Full-duplex capability ensures that both parties can hear each other while talking freely.
  • Sound System-2 Powered Speakers
  • Sound System-1 Powered Speaker
    Allows for a single input such as a microphone or CD player (multiple inputs require a 12-channel Audio Mixer) to clearly be heard in any room, or outside on the pool deck/gazebo area. Also can be used instead of the house sound system when the audio needs to be substantially louder and higher quality than normal. Also ideal for presenters with wireless microphones that like to walk around, where feedback (squealing noise) may be an issue.
